CraCha

Don’t ask the internet.
Ask the website.

CraCha, your crawl-and-chat agent, reads a website down to the last subpage and answers your questions from all of it: precisely, with sources, even from pages no search engine finds.

100 free credits to start

Paste a link. CraCha reads. You ask.

1. Paste a link

Enter the website’s address. If you like, choose which sections CraCha should read, for example only /docs/.

2. CraCha reads

CraCha follows the links and the sitemap and reads the website page by page, so you don’t have to click through it.

3. You ask

Ask your question in the chat and get the answer with a link to the exact place it comes from.

AI search searches. CraCha knows its way around.

An AI search goes out to the web for every question and takes a few results a search engine ranks high. What sits deep inside a website rarely shows up. CraCha reads the website you chose beforehand, page by page, including subpages Google doesn’t list. It answers your questions from that website only, with a link to the source. And because the website stays in your account, you simply pick up where you left off tomorrow.

For a quick question, AI search is fine. When it has to be exact, ask CraCha.

What you get out of it

Finds the subpages itself

You enter one address, not a hundred. CraCha follows the links and the sitemap and reads the website page by page.

Every answer with a source

Below every answer you see the pages it is based on – as clickable links. One click and you read the statement in the original.

Tells you when it isn’t there

CraCha answers only from the website you chose. If the answer isn’t on it, CraCha says so instead of making something up.

Ask in your language

Even if the website is in another language. The source links lead to the original pages.

Check texts against the website

Paste a draft or a price list into the Content Check. CraCha shows contradictions and outdated details, with sources.

Good to know before you start

Is CraCha just another AI chat?

No. An AI search such as Google’s AI Mode, ChatGPT or Perplexity goes out to the web for every question and takes a few results from many websites. CraCha reads one website you choose beforehand, page by page, and answers your questions from that website only, with a link to the source. For a quick question, AI search is fine; when it has to be exact, or you keep coming back to the same website, CraCha is built for it.

Who is CraCha for?

For anyone who keeps looking for things on a large website: agencies and consultants working with client websites, developers in documentation, students on university websites. CraCha is a research tool for you in the browser, not a chatbot for a website’s visitors. You’ll find ideas on the “Examples” page.

How does CraCha find pages no search engine shows?

CraCha follows the website’s links and sitemap itself. A subpage doesn’t need to be listed on Google; it only has to be linked somewhere on the website or appear in its sitemap. Pages nothing links to can’t be found by CraCha either.

Which content can I use?

Publicly accessible HTML pages you’re allowed to read, up to 500 per run. CraCha doesn’t read login areas, paywalls or PDF files. How many pages CraCha reaches depends on the website’s links, sitemap and technical blocks.

How much does CraCha cost?

You start with 100 free credits, no credit card required. After that you buy credit packs when you need them, from €10 – a one-time top-up, no subscription. Reading one page costs 1 credit, one answer 5 credits. All packs with worked examples are on the “Pricing” page.

Are the answers always right?

No. Even answers with sources can be incomplete or wrong. That’s why every answer links the pages it is based on – check anything important in the original. CraCha knows the state of the last crawl; if the website changes, you crawl it again.

Can I embed CraCha as a chat widget on a website?

No, not at the moment. CraCha is a research tool in your own account, not a chat widget to embed.

Do I need to install anything?

No. CraCha runs in the browser. You sign up, confirm your email address and can crawl your first website from the dashboard.
